Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or applied ML
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience managing teams working on AI/ML systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, data privacy, and regulatory considerations (HIPAA, HITRUST) is a plus
