The Agentic Experience team is responsible for designing and delivering AI agents that automate workflows in clinical decision-making, patient engagement, and reimbursement operations. This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused Engineer Manager to lead a team and deliver AI-first systems.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or applied ML.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
