The Specialist Technical Account Manager (TAM) role will partner with project and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies, providing subject matter expertise in Oracle Products, particularly OCI, GCP, AWS, and Azure. The role will act as a trusted technical advisor, liaising between customers and Oracle implementation, support, and development teams.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in the IT industry
- 5 years of demonstrated experience with OCI and a thorough understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud certifications, modern CI/CD, and DevOps tools
- Strong expertise in Terraform, scripting, and programming languages
- Solid experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience building monitoring dashboards and alerts using Prometheus and Grafana
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM models
- Hands-on experience in designing cloud architecture and developing secure infrastructure frameworks
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD and DevOps tools and methodologies
