Maintenance Unit Supervisor

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Unit Supervisor for the Shooting area in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. This role involves ensuring the reliability of Mechanical and Installation Assets, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, conducting fault analysis, and improving maintenance practices. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors to maintain the quality and delivery time of maintenance projects. This position is key to supporting production, safety, and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Coordinate the execution of preventive maintenance programs for the team of Shooting mechanical equipment.
• Participate in the preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs.
• Conduct fault analysis of equipment to determine the root cause of the same, and generate short and medium-term action plans.
• Supervision of contractors who carry out maintenance and projects.
• Control the budget for preventive – corrective maintenance of Shooting equipment.
• Review, Update and Maintain optimal levels of materials and spare parts in the spares warehouse.
