Collections Associate Specialist (Spanish)

The Collections Associate Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, continuously following up on outstanding payments, and analyzing customer financial information to assess their creditworthiness and risk.

Requirements

• Monitoring overdue accounts, working with the team to minimize the risk of non-payment
• Assist in preparing aging reports and efficiently manage the customer portfolio to ensure the company's finances remain in good standing.
• Contribute to ensuring all processes and transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, SOX and statutory requirements.
