We are looking for an experienced HRIS Support Specialist to drive the support of our Workday platform and its integrations. This role combines strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of HR business processes, the ability to troubleshoot issues and manage support incidents and tickets.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary HRIS support liaison to handle HR related cases primarily around Workday Integrations and other technology issues around Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage integrations using Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Should be comfortable using Service Now as the primary case management tool and be able to communicate and work with other teams within the company.
- Should have good communication skills to be able to work with users from various global locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Workday experience.
- Should be willing to learn new technology and take on responsibility.
- Should be able to work US support hours and should also be able to support for any critical issues.
- Familiar with testing processes and SDLC.
