As a Senior Specialist, Global Benefits Administration, you'll lead benefits operations, manage leave processes, and guide employee journeys through benefits onboarding, enrollment, and termination.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Fluent in Workday and ServiceNow
- Excel skills
- Experience with tools like SAP and Coupa
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment
