Senior Manager, Clinical

Oscar is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical to drive clinical performance within their department and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership. The role involves leading and growing clinical teams, analyzing data to identify performance trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is based in New York City and requires a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or Master Degree in Social Work
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare, science, related field, or medical assistance
• 5+ years of experience managing/overseeing employees in a healthcare setting
• 3+ years of experience working in production/operations including case prioritization/case triage
• 1+ year leading process improvement initiatives or large scale projects
• Working knowledge of NCQA and state/federal regulatory requirements
