Senior Manager, Clinical

Oscar is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical to join their Case Management team. This role focuses on driving clinical performance, collaborating with leadership, leading clinical teams, and proposing initiatives to improve department and organizational objectives. The position reports to the Associate Director of Clinical.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or Master Degree in Social Work
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare, science, or related field
• 5+ years managing/overseeing employees
• 3+ years of experience working in production/operations
• 1+ years leading process improvement initiatives
• NCQA and state/federal regulatory knowledge
• Proficiency with case ticketing systems
