Requirements
- Supervise a team of 21-25 employees
- Plan daily resource allocation to achieve performance targets
- Document daily production activities and review results
- Ensure equipment maintenance and repairs are completed
- Responsible for all supervisory activities including scheduling, performance, hiring, discipline, coaching, training and development and termination recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety programs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures
