Job Description
Join OSI Group as a Production Supervisor 2nd Shift to lead a team in producing quality meat products in a sanitary condition, with opportunities for growth and development in an entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis and critical control points, lean manufacturing and other food safety, quality, and manufacturing principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with employees at all levels and to motivate direct reports
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products
