Job Description
Osmind is a technology company focused on psychiatry that provides EHR, software solutions, and clinician community to independent psychiatry practices. They are seeking a Practice Operations Partner to serve as a key liaison between clinicians and their offerings, optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth adoption of Osmind's services. The role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare practice operations
- Direct experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Proven track record in customer success, client relationship management, or practice consulting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using software platforms
- Patient-first mindset with a passion for improving clinician workflows
- Strong understanding of practice operations
