The Soft Services Supervisor will oversee the daily delivery of Soft Services operations within the FM Property-based Team, working closely with the FM Contractor. This role involves ensuring service delivery adherence to the FM Contract, overseeing site supervision, and identifying cost-saving initiatives. The supervisor will support site implementation and oversee Reactive/Emergency works.
Requirements
- General awareness of the Soft Services approach of the FM Strategy and skill
- Detailed knowledge of the FM Contract specifications
- Scheduling site supervision activities
- Implement the Soft Services enabling SOPs
- Collaborate with the FM Contractor
- Ensure high quality service delivery
- Appraise the adequacy of the Soft Services and provide relevant data
- Support future demand forecasting
- Identify cost saving initiatives
- Supervise day-to-day operation
- Oversee reactive/emergency works
- Utilize the FM Department's Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP)
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Arabic desirable
