The Soft Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising, controlling, and monitoring the daily delivery of Soft Services operations within the FM Property-based Team. This role involves ensuring service delivery aligns with the FM Strategy, identifying contractor non-compliance, and implementing support and skill development for the FM team. The role involves on-site supervision of Soft Services delivery and the daily operation of FM Contractor facilities.
Requirements
- General awareness of the Soft Services approach of the FM Strategy
- Detailed knowledge of the FM Contract specifications
- Scheduling site supervision activities
- Implementing Soft Services enabling SOPs
- Undertake site supervision of Soft Services delivery
- Collating and submitting records on contractor non-compliance events
- Appraisal of current Soft Services adequacy
- Support of future demand forecasting
- Supervise on-site Soft Services operations
- Support the site implementation of Planned Soft FM Program
- Support the site delivery of Reactive and Emergency works
- Assist with identifying soft services risks
- Utilize the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP)
- Update data relating to service delivery, quality, and compliance
