Requirements

• Minimum a master’s degree (or similar) in the science field of chemistry, food sciences
• Min 5 years business and leadership experience
• Min 8-12 years of food industry experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience in directing, motivating, developing and educating a team
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a local and global cross-functional environments
• Solid commercial mindset, strong interest in keeping up to date with market dynamics and trends
• Excellent communication skills in English
