Job Description
OTIV is a Ghent-based autonomous rail revolution company focused on developing and deploying autonomous train driving technology. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key accounts in Europe, driving business expansion and delivering solutions. The role involves contract negotiations, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role, preferably in tech and B2B sales
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving complex sales cycles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
- Hands-on / self-driven mentality and analytical / data-driven mindset
- Enthusiasm for & interest in cutting-edge technology
