Job Description
OTIV is a Ghent-based company revolutionizing rail operations with autonomous vehicles. They are seeking a Bid Manager to lead the preparation, submission, and management of bids and proposals, focusing on quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment. Collaboration with sales, legal, and technical teams is crucial.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development
- Proven track record of preparing high-quality proposals and managing end-to-end bid processes
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
