Job Description
Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion, with responsibilities including project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation and reporting, resource and task management, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
