Job Description
Our Future Health is seeking a User Researcher to help shape and optimise how we engage with our volunteers. This role will ensure our products and services are grounded in a deep understanding of participant needs, behaviours, and experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience conducting user research for digital products or services
- Experience independently designing and delivering research studies
- Strong knowledge of user research methods, including interviews, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), surveys, and behavioural analysis
