Job Description
Outlast is a recycling marketplace connecting industrials to source and sell recycled materials. They are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to close partnerships with leading industrials, joining a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven company with a financially proven earth-saving solution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing industrial and manufacturing accounts
- Scrap industry experience is a bonus
- Proven track record in past sales roles of creating top-of-funnel, qualifying leads, and closing enterprise accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality and a bias for action
- Entrepreneurial drive, discipline, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- High comfort level with desktop software and mobile apps
