Job Description
Outreach is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy to join their corporate marketing team. The role involves driving advocacy throughout the customer base, partnering with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, and identifying, curating, and amplifying impactful customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in customer advocacy or a related field
- Proven track record of connecting with individuals and fostering meaningful relationships
- Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale advocacy or influencer programs
- Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Ability to mentor, develop, and empower junior teammates
