Construction Project Manager- Grand Rapids

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work with the construction team on new construction and renovation projects ranging from $1 - $400+ million. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities and resources throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned company construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations
• Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
• Fiscal management experience
• Superior organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong background in using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
