Job Description
The IT Manager will oversee IT infrastructure and applications for Glass Reinforcements operations in India, collaborating with the global IT team to manage and optimize an innovative IT environment. Responsibilities include delivering regional IT projects, managing user experience, and coordinating with third-party providers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft digital workplace tools, hybrid computing, network design fundamentals, IT security principles, help desk operations, user support, and endpoint management
