Branch Coordinator

As a Branch Coordinator at Owens & Minor, you will positively impact the lives of patients and their caregivers by delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate payment for services.

Requirements

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person
• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide information
• Perform processing duties for the branch, including creating and working with new orders
• Review and verify insurance information and obtain authorization for equipment
