Job Description
OWT is seeking a Principal Architect to design scalable and secure software solutions, lead project implementation, and monitor the entire software lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with various teams, leveraging cloud platforms and modern technologies, and a hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and leading large projects
- Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular)
- Experience in developing scalable and resilient systems using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Practical experience in using data and analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English (Level C1)
- Strong team player with transparency and open feedback culture
