Admissions Specialist

Admission specialist adds new clients to the Avatar system, updates client demographic and/or payer information, and runs reports for upcoming appointments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of medical office experience or billing experience
• TB test upon hire
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
• Normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment
• Prolonged sitting, frequent standing, bending, and stooping
