The Medical Office Support Staff (MOSS) provides medical office support for all Ozark Center offices. They greet and assist individuals while ensuring the office runs effectively and smoothly, while balancing client and providers needs.

Requirements

• Receives incoming phone calls, checks voice mail, and distributes phone messages as applicable.
• Maintain electronic scheduling calendar for follow up appointments, reschedule appointments as needed.
• Collect payments for services rendered at the time of appointment.
• Follow HIPAA standards in securing protected health information.
• Enter data accurately and timely.
