The Medical Office Support Staff (MOSS) provides medical office support for all Ozark Center offices, greeting and assisting individuals while ensuring the office runs effectively and smoothly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of medical office experience or billing experience
• Receives incoming phone calls, checks voice mail, and distributes phone messages as applicable
• Maintain electronic scheduling calendar for follow up appointments, reschedule appointments as needed
• Collect payments for services rendered at the time of appointment
• Follow HIPAA standards in securing protected health information
• Enter data accurately and timely
