The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees based in Australia, with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax obligations, and superannuation requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Australian payroll processing
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and payroll tax
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and capable of working under time constraints to meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage or contribute to projects and change initiatives
