HR Benefits Intern

Pacific Seafood is seeking an ambitious and collaborative HR Intern to support the wellness initiative and benefits department. This internship offers the opportunity to impact the company through a structured orientation week, a meaningful project at the corporate headquarters, and future full-time opportunities. Interns can contribute to wellness communication, analyze program effectiveness, and create monthly engagement calendars.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (graduation date no later than June of 2026).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
