Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Specialists. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner and/or complex employee relations experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Requirements
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Specialists
- Ensure HR initiatives align with organizational and strategic goals
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to create actionable plans
- Champion cultural initiatives and foster open communication
- Drive initiatives to facilitate 9-box talent discussions and oversee timely completion of performance review processes
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and process improvements
