Job Description
PacificSource is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Specialists. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree. The role will involve overseeing HR initiatives, providing guidance on workforce planning and employee relations, and driving talent strategies to support growth and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner and/or complex employee relations experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CBP® Certification preferred and encouraged
