Provides Human Resources support to ensure that employee concerns and needs are addressed in a fair and timely manner. Responsible for maintaining HRIS database, processing payroll, and providing excellent customer service to employees and managers.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in an HRIS or HR support role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong technical/functional skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, teamwork, judgement, motivations, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, quantity, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation, integrity and trust, presentation skills
