Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager is a liaison between Human Resources and Manufacturing to assist with employee related issues. The position is responsible for administering human resource practices and objectives for the Converting Operations, and developing processes for identifying and managing labor relations issues.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Must have three to five year's experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to implement and interpret collective bargaining agreements
