Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to drive performance across direct mail and related acquisition channels for our core personal loan and point-of-sale businesses. You will serve as the GM of our direct mail and prescreen engine, owning full-funnel strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- Deep expertise in direct mail marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally with Risk, Product, and Partnerships teams
