Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role
- Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the full buyer’s journey
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- An analytical and impact-driven mindset
- Commercial mindset that understands how to enable sales teams to hit revenue targets and improve performance
- Highly collaborative, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a lean, dynamic team
