Job Description
Paidy is seeking a bright and energetic Merchant Solutions Manager to join its rapidly growing team in Japan. This role focuses on marketing and nurturing partnerships with strategic merchants, focusing on delivering impactful marketing programs and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing channels and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing partnerships and marketing strategies.
- Experience working in-house as a Partner Marketing manager.
- Ability to work independently, organized, and autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of both business and customer needs.
- Project management skills and budget experience.
