Senior Payroll Analyst

Palantir is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, including reconciliation, filing, and reporting. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and compliance enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll accounting and experience with external payroll providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ in-house U.S. payroll and tax experience
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing
• Experience with payroll audits and year-end reporting
• In-depth understanding of equity-related tax reporting
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
