Senior Payroll Analyst

Palantir is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and compliant U.S. payroll and tax reporting. The role involves reviewing transactions, reconciling tax reporting, conducting audits, and handling complex employee compensation matters. This is a hybrid position requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in in-house U.S. payroll and tax
• Deep understanding of full-cycle payroll processing
• Experience with payroll audits and year-end reporting
• Experience with equity-related tax reporting
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
