Job Description
Pallon is a spin-off from ETH Zurich focused on AI defect detection in sewer inspections. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients, increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure customer satisfaction within the German and Austrian markets. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries.
- Fluency in German & English is required.
- Proven track record of expanding customer accounts and increasing contract values.
- Strong consultative sales skills, with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating long-term contracts.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar).
