Job Description
Pallon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for their Account Executives. The role is ideal for a driven individual looking to launch a sales career in a fast-paced environment. Pallon focuses on AI-driven defect detection in sewer inspection videos to help cities fix leaks, reduce emissions, and improve urban flooding.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Must be a German Native Speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
