Job Description
Pallon is an AI startup focused on detecting sewer inspection defects to help municipalities manage wastewater and reduce emissions. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role will be a first point of contact for potential customers, generating leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to launch their sales career in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role is a plus
- German Native Speaker with strong communication skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
