Requirements
- Own the end-to-end visual production for residential and luxury real estate listings
- Lead the creation of short-form and long-form video content across social media, YouTube, and digital marketing channels
- Ensure all photography and videos are professionally optimized and edited to meet established brand, quality, and performance standards
- Drive the development of compelling visual content to support marketing campaigns, brokerage promotions, and brand visibility
- Assist with Front Desk and administrative coverage to ensure business continuity during staff absences
