Registered Nurse - Chemo

This position is for a Registered Nurse focusing on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care regarding chemotherapy/biotherapy medications, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role includes accurate administration of medications, patient monitoring, documentation, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Conduct accurate calculation, preparation, and administration of chemotherapy medications.
• Verify lab values prior to the administration of chemotherapy.
• Assess patients prior to, during, and after the administration of any medication.
• Maintain current knowledge of chemotherapy protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Current Arizona RN State Board of Nursing license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Providers Card required.
