Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of legal rules and industry guidelines for manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of various business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service, sales, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of data analysis and operational performance metrics
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software programs
