Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in switchgear, electrical, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process design, workflow optimization, and production planning.
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
