Manufacturing Manager

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive performance improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical control panel manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• 2 + Years of switchgear and or electrical panel manufacturing management
