Panorama is a platform for social change that empowers changemakers through radical collaboration. We are seeking a Director, People & Culture to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all HR functions across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of related professional experience
- 6 years of people or team management experience
- Experience with HR systems and platforms (Rippling, Lattice, Jazz HR, Tilt)
- Experience in a non-profit setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of HR related employment laws and industry trends and best practices
- Demonstrated track record of growing inclusive organizations in a culture and values-aligned way
