Field Technician

We are seeking a Field Mechanic to join our team in Salem, OR. As a Field Mechanic, you will work on agriculture equipment at customer locations, analyzing and diagnosing malfunctions, and repairing or replacing equipment parts. You will be provided with training and mentoring to prepare you for your role and continued learning to grow your skills.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably Agriculture equipment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Driver's license with a good driving record. CDL preferred
• Must provide own tools
