Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst will provide technical and analytical subject matter expertise, serving as second tier/escalation support for all HR system issues. They will focus on technical solutions to business challenges, developing and maintaining enterprise-level reporting, and conducting in-depth analyses using HR data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 or more years prior HRIS experience
- 2-5 years of experience with Excel, Powerpoint
